Common questions
How much does it cost?
You can start free with up to 5 classes and unlimited members. When you're ready, a one-time activation unlocks unlimited classes, events, private-party checkout, and staff accounts for good — no monthly or yearly fee. On every plan, a flat Rp10,000 fee per transaction is added at checkout and paid by the member, and a 0.5% commission plus the bank transfer fee is taken when you withdraw your balance. Where do my members book?
On your studio's own booking page at app.pilaspace.com/yourstudio (or your own domain, for activated studios). It only shows your classes, events, and packages, with your logo and colours — and members can install it on their phone's home screen.
How do members pay?
By QRIS or bank Virtual Account, or with a credit package they've bought from you. The seat is locked automatically once the payment settles — no manual confirmation needed.
When do I receive the payment funds?
Online payments (QRIS / Virtual Account) are collected by PilaSpace and build up as your studio balance — split between regular classes, events, and private parties. You request a payout to your studio's bank account whenever you like.
Is my studio's data mixed with other studios?
No. Every studio is fully isolated — other studios cannot see your classes, members, bookings, or finances, and your booking page never lists another studio.
I run more than one location. Can members use their package at any branch?
Yes. Add your branches from the studio panel and choose shared tickets: a credit package bought at one branch can be booked and checked in at all of them. You manage every branch with one login, each branch keeps its own booking page and payouts, and a combined branch report shows how they're doing side by side.
I already have my own system. Can I try it first?
Yes. The free plan lets you run up to 5 classes with unlimited members — enough to test the whole booking flow before you move your schedule over. No card required to register.
